Empowering Clinicians Through Supervision & Consultation

Services

$100

I offer collaborative, depth-oriented supervision for LMFT Associates who want to grow into grounded, ethical, and intuitive clinicians. My approach balances clinical theory, practical tools, and authentic reflection, so you can feel confident, competent, and aligned with your values as a therapist. Whether you're navigating your first sessions, tough cases, or just figuring out who you are in the room, supervision with me is a space for real growth (and real talk).

Grounded support for therapists who want more than just clinical advice.
I offer consultation for licensed therapists who are looking to deepen their work, explore countertransference, learn how to work with eating disorders, or navigate stuck points with care and nuance. Whether you're processing burnout, growing your practice, or craving a trusted space to reflect on your role as a clinician, consultation with me is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and rooted in integrity, self-trust, and meaningful clinical exploration.

$150 / hr

I provide business consultation for therapists who want to grow with intention. Whether you’re launching a private practice, expanding a group, navigating leadership challenges, or exploring a big transition, I bring both practical strategy and therapist-centered support.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals, align your business with your life, and make space for sustainability, integrity, and growth — on your terms.

About
Kim Fry, MS, LMFT-S

Hi and welcome — I’m Kim Fry, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor (LMFT-S) based in Austin, Texas.

I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, trust their inner voice, and build lives that feel authentic, values-aligned, and meaningful.

I earned my B.A. with honors in Psychology from the University of Arizona and my Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. Since moving to Austin in 2016, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings — from nonprofit family counseling to inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care — and later at Eating Recovery Center, where I deepened my clinical work with eating disorders and trauma.

In 2022, I became an approved LMFT Supervisor and have loved supporting the next generation of therapists ever since. I'm also the founder of Autonomy Therapy, a group practice specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns, compulsive exercise, and trauma.

Whether you're seeking support as a therapist or a supervisee, I’m honored you’re here.
